He founded TLR Contracting (Aust) Pty Ltd in 2015 with a clear mission: to disrupt the standard labor-hire and contracting model by embedding world-class safety, rigorous asset compliance, and a "people-first" culture directly into every tier of resource delivery.
Visionary Leadership & Scale: Under Lindsay's strategic direction, TLR Contracting has scaled from a niche Victorian enterprise into a leading multi-state contractor operating across Victoria, South Australia, and New South Wales.
